The Noyes name has gone hand in hand with the building industry in Andover since Ken founded Swatton and Noyes with his brother Harry in 1978, carrying out building works in and around Andover.
The company started building extensions and soon diversified into maintenance work as well as general building work. At its peak the company employed 40 people working on local authority properties in Andover and all of the surrounding villages before continuing to build up a successful business carrying out general building work with a particular emphasis on refurbishing old properties, particularly specialising in lime putty work and Grade 1 and 2 listed refurbishments.
Ken was followed into Swatton and Noyes by his two sons, Simon and Jonathan and in 2001 Jonathan founded J P Noyes Building Contractors with Ken and they both run the company together.
J P Noyes continues to carry out the same type of work, to the same exacting standards employing some of the same tradesman.
We are proud of our long history and take pride in every contract we carry out. So if your thinking of carrying out building work why not give J P Noyes a call.
Is it any wonder Jonathan followed Ken into the building industry!
